The question is: Can you hold a Kamado Joe Classic at 225°F with the Cast Iron sear plate being used as the heat deflector?
Changed the set point to 210⁰F at 550pm
Changed the set temp to 200⁰ at 7pm...
At 725pm I ramped the.temp down to 185⁰F
Moved to 175⁰ at 815pm...
