Farah - St Louis style pork ribs
Picked up a 3 pack of some St Louis cut ribs from Costco for 1.99 /lb. These are definitely cut better than the ones I got from Fred Meyer. I salted them about an hour before they went on the smoker.
Cooking these in my 14" Napoleon with KBB and mesquite chunks, using my usual variation of Memphis Dust to rub, with one small variation. I'm still out of dried rosemary, so I chopped up some fresh.

2 Tbsp white sugar
2 Tbsp cayenne powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1.5 Tsp ground black pepper
1.5 Tsp ground ginger
1.5 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp rosemary powder (smash 2 Tsp)
