Short Ribs - 10/06/2018

Beef short ribs from Waitrose (£5.32/kg on a 1/3 off special), rubbed with Turner & George's "Great Cow Rub".

Used two chunks of oak and one chunk of olive with Kamado Joe Big Block.

FireBoard was overshooting pit target temp so I changed the max fan speed to 50%.
