butts ‘n queso ‘n chorizo ‘n ribs

All the prep for the butts.








Butts on

Ribs rubbed and thrown on



Spritzed the butts and ribs. Added the chorizo



Update and spritz

Pulled the chorizo after ~1 hour. Wrapped the ribs with honey, butter, and some dry rub seasoning




Spritz check. One hour til the ribs get opened up

Queso ready to go on


Queso on and pork spritzed again. Ribs almost ready to unwrap


Opened the ribs and basted with some sauce. Rotated the queso trays


Mixed the queso, one last coat of sauce on the ribs.





Ribs are both done and delicious. Queso slaps too. Butts still goin





Wrapped all the butts.






Only one butt left on the smoker. 4 holding temp in the oven, 2 finishing up in the oven. Will pull all at the same time to portion accordingly.
