Wrapped brisket
Seasoned Fiesta beans, rubbed ribs and put on grill. Timer set for 3 hours then wrap. Raised temp to 225 on Traeger app, 205 on Fireboard2.

1 rubbed with Lynch sweet rib rub, 1 with Williams rib tickler.
Brisket done, resting in cooler. Put Hassleback taters on, butter and garlic.

Whole chicken EVOO and Traeger veggie rub.

Wrapped ribs, 2 hr on timer.
Mac n cheese, cornbread, homemade lard.



Bronson 20 fired up!
Cinnamon rolls on the B20.

Put chicken on Bronson turned temp to 370f.
Put 780 in keep warm mode.
All done!
