Once I get over this stall I'll wrap
I'm gonna turn up the grill so when I wrap I can kick start the meat back up again sooner and then turn back down later
2 things to note: first I lost some bottom bark cuz I put this on my chicken grate and didn't mean too... 2nd the meat is already at 200 in one spot... I'm gonna take this probed area now up to 195 and call it

Learning a few things here... will make the next one even better.
Time to shut Traeger down, meat stays in grill for the "rest"
