Wisteria and Xanthe - 2 Cajun chicks

Wisteria and Xanthe are a couple of chickens from Costco. I spatchcocked and sprinkled them with Creole seasoning.
I'm using KBB as the main source of fuel and the Jealous Devil cherry chunks for smoke.
I'm doing things a little differently this time around, using both racks in my 14"Napoleon. Man! They smell great already!!!
