Running Butts and Brisket. Butts on at 2:00 am. 1/2 sweet heat 1/2 meat Mitch (forgot the GG). Wood is blend of apple cherry and one or two pecan.
Rt Egg ran a little hotter than Lt Egg. Started Probes 4&5 in the MM of each butt, then when MM was done, moved same probes to the middle of each butt until done. Probe 3 was ambient in the Marshal with the Brisket. Probe 6 was in the Brisket Flat. Got an 11 place in pork and 9th place in brisket.
Butts go on. Lt butt Sam’s. Rt Butt Creakside Duroc

Wrap butts. Probe into MM
Brisket goes on Marshall
Pull MM off grill and stick same prove into middle of butt
Wrap/pan brisket
