Turkey breast put on grill. Rubbed with EVO then seasoned with Williams Cajun seasoning and Traeger veggie rub.
Ribeye chops on the Bronson and beef ribs, baby backs and turkey breast on the 780

Brisket finished and resting in the cooler
Wrapped beef and pork ribs. Add small amount of OJ.
Chantilly potato’s put on grill. Upped grill temp
Skinless Turkey breast temped 170f+ with the MK4. Resting in cooler.
Unwrapped and sauced ALL ribs. Put back on 780 to tighten up.
Fired up Bronson 20. Transferred Chantilly potato’s to finish at higher temp.
Chantilly potato’s finished.
Took cobbler off, cake wasn’t finishing.
