Quentin - Pork Ribs
6 hours, 4 minutes
Quentin is a pack of spare ribs from Fred Meyer that were supposed to be St Louis style, already, but were obviously mislabeled. Using my usual variation of Memphis Dust as well as KBB and mesquite chunks from Kingsford.
Quartered recipe from AmazingRibs.com with substitute cayenne for paprika.
