Costco Pork Spare Ribs
7 hours, 30 minutes
Dijon mustard binder. Rub with Bad Byron’s Butt Rub. Uncovered for 3 hours at 225. Wrap in foil with parkay margarine, honey, brown sugar, and tiger sauce. Cook covered for two hours. Remove foil, baste with williamson bro’s bbq sauce, cook uncovered for the last hour.
